Have you got 10 minutes to spend setting up a system that will virally bring you free traffic for a long time to come? I found this particular viral system when I was searching through some Traffic Swarm members' sites. It caught my eye straight away. The system is very simple (although there is obviously a fair bit of programming gone in behind the scenes), and if you promote the right kind of page with it, I can see it being really effective. The best bit is it's totally free and only takes 10 minutes to implement. Once you've completed your set up, all you need to do is send some traffic to it periodically, the rest is done on autopilot. You can take a look here at the system, but I recommend you read the rest of this to get my tips for maximising your viral results! So how does it work? Basically you have your own page generated for you and it sits on the server of the guy who developed the system (Chris Masterson). The page displays 7 adverts, one of which will be yours. One of the ads is a sponsored ad, then below that are 6 member ads. On your personal page, your ad will be shown in position 1 of the member ads, below the sponsored ad. When a visitor finds your page and decides he wants to add his site to the viral system, he has to visit all 7 sites advertised on your page in turn, one of which will be the site you have chosen to promote in your ad. When he clicks on each ad, a new window opens displaying the member's actual web page. The visitor has to wait 20 – 30 seconds for a code to appear in the window. Once he has the code he has to copy and paste it into a box on your virally generated page. He needs to copy all 7 codes in to the boxes before he can generate his own viral page with his ad on it. It takes about 5 - 10 minutes to complete … then you get your free page! Ok, so that all sound complicated the way I've explained it! Simply put, when someone new wants to join this viral network, they have to visit 7 member sites before they can join. When they join via your viral page, one of the ads will be yours and so they will be taken to it, and they'll be there for at least 20 – 30 seconds! Once they have their own viral page, their ad will appear in their top members' ad spot, and your own ad will appear at number 2. So any visitors who join from their page will be taken to your site as well. Basically, because there are 6 member ads, this is a 6 tiered system that can potentially send you thousands and thousands of visitors. Think about it like this … If you and four others click on the link above to my viral page, and you all decide to join and promote your own sites in the system, the five of you will all visit my site and see the page I'm promoting! If each of you generate an average of 5 new members yourselves, that will be 5 new visitors to your promotional page and a further 25 to mine! If those 25 visitors generate another 5 members each, you will receive another 25 visitors, and I'll get another 125! Now lets pause for a moment as I'm sure you're getting the drift now of how it works … You will see my ad in the number 1 position, as will 4 others. You're first 5 members will see my ad in the number 2 position, in this example, that's 25 visitors to me. The next tier of 125 visitors will see my ad in the number 3 position The next tier of 625 visitors will see my ad in the number 4 position The next tier of 3,125 visitors will see my ad in the number 5 position The next tier of 15,625 visitors will see my ad in the number 6 position The next tier of visitors won't see my ad as it will have disappeared off the page! In summary, if everyone in the system generates just 5 members, you'll receive 19,530 visitors to your site, all for just 10 minutes work and a small amount of effort in sending a handful of visitors to your viral page to set the viral effect in motion. But it doesn't stop there, if you keep sending traffic to your viral page, the process will keep repeating time and time again! Ok, now be prepared to be staggered … instead of the 5 new members, what if everyone in the chain attracted 10 new members … you would receive over 1,000,000 visitors to your offer!!! As you can see, the numbers soon add up! So what are the secrets to making this system a success? How can you drive thousands of visitors to your site and get them to take action? Firstly, to get your visitors to take action, I think you need to promote one of your squeeze pages rather than a sales page. Why? Because the people who visit your site are primarily doing so to grab a code to implement a free system … "FREE" is the key word, they're not looking to buy! In fact they're looking for "free traffic"… so your perfect offer will be something "free" to do with "web traffic". I know whilst I was waiting for the code to appear I did look at the pages that loaded, and if they were Internet Marketing related, I looked harder! But I didn't buy! I did make a note of a couple of urls to go back and review again, if they'd had squeeze offers I may have signed up! So my advice, promote a page that is offering something for free! Preferably internet marketing related, and with an enticing headline at the top of the page to catch attention whilst waiting for the code to appear! Secondly traffic. To get the most out of your page, you need a "promotional page" like this one to link to your viral page. You should drive all your traffic to your promotional page first. Pre-sell the system: - Explain it's simplicity Everyone that joins needs to understand the importance of promoting the system and capturing as many new members as possible to keep the viral momentum going!
